Architect, design, configure, and prototype multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HR, and CSM with capability to prepare demos and proofs of concept.
Support sales through responding to RFPs/RFIs, effort estimation, technical defenses, and act as a technical advisor across deal lifecycles and client engagements.
