Design, develop, configure, and support the Fusion GRC platform to enable Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk capabilities.
Develop and maintain enterprise applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot; create integrations between Fusion and various enterprise systems including SAP, ServiceNow, SailPoint, HR, Procurement, and Data platforms.
Provide production support, troubleshoot platform issues, participate in Agile delivery processes, and ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
6-7 years of software development experience; at least 2 years hands-on Fusion GRC platform implementation, configuration, or support experience.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL database skills.
Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools like Git or Azure DevOps.
Experienced in enterprise Fusion GRC deployment and enhancements with working knowledge of multiple Fusion modules (e.g. Risk Management, Compliance, Audit).
Skilled in developing scalable Java-based backend services and integrating Fusion with enterprise resource planning and HR systems.
Operationally capable of managing production support and incident resolution in Agile product delivery teams.
