Own front-end development, support, and performance optimization of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)-based eCommerce platforms in a managed services environment.

Experienced in a managed services or production support environment with SFCC, able to manage multiple tickets and priorities under SLAs.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex front-end issues across devices, browsers, and environments with a customer-focused mindset.
Collaborative with ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality and best practices in fast-paced, dynamic Agile delivery setups.
