Drive performance engineering strategy across critical enterprise applications and platforms ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance.
Develop, conduct, and evaluate performance testing processes and automate performance test scenarios in line with established frameworks.
Mentor engineers, influence technology decisions, and collaborate with Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, and Product teams to improve performance coverage and testing capabilities.
Minimum 6 years of related experience in performance engineering or similar roles.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Expertise with performance and load testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar platforms.
Experience with scripting (Unix shell, Python, Groovy) and knowledge of distributed platforms including Linux, Windows, AWS, Containers, and VMware.
Experienced in performance analysis and testing for distributed, cloud-based, and n-tier J2EE applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile Scrum environments, and performance engineering automation frameworks.
Preferably has financial services industry experience and knowledge of advanced practices like resilience testing, fault injection, chaos engineering, blockchain, or digital asset ecosystems.
