Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Experienced technical leader with direct exposure to trading floor environments and understanding of trade lifecycle, preferably in FX or algorithmic trading.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced trading technology operations with focus on reliability and automation.
Strong communicator able to liaise effectively across business, technology, and senior management, driving continuous process and platform improvements.
