Serve as primary client contact managing multiple projects from initiation to closure ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality.
Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting with corrective actions as needed.
Lead junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives including process enhancements and quality compliance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience; 3-5 years in localization/language services industry preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace; experience with CAT and TMS tools like Trados is advantageous, not mandatory.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing multiple complex projects independently in fast-paced, quality-driven environments, preferably with localization or language services exposure.
Proven financial discipline in monitoring budgets, profitability, invoicing and implementing corrective actions to maintain project financial health.
Able to effectively communicate and build strong client relationships, mentor junior team members, and leverage automation/AI tools for operational efficiency.
