Serve as primary client contact managing multiple projects from initiation to closure ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality.
Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting with corrective actions as needed.
Lead junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives including process enhancements and quality compliance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not mandatory.

Proven financial discipline in monitoring budgets, profitability, invoicing and implementing corrective actions to maintain project financial health.
Able to effectively communicate and build strong client relationships, mentor junior team members, and leverage automation/AI tools for operational efficiency.
