Lead AI-driven process improvements in the Source to Pay (S2P) organization, including building and launching AI agents aligned with Coupa’s roadmap.
Configure and continuously improve Procurement, Sourcing, Risk & Contracts modules within Synchrony’s Coupa system, managing E2E testing and defect resolution.
Collaborate with IT, Coupa teams, and AI working groups to manage requirements, resolve product issues, and support S2P initiatives including mentoring on AI concepts.
Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline with minimum 5 years of IT industry experience or 7+ years without degree.
At least 5 years of business knowledge in Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts (CLMA), Sourcing, Accounts Payable.
Minimum 3 years experience implementing AI/Gen AI features and orchestration tools in procurement applications.
Work timings require availability between 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM ET (3 PM - 8:30 PM IST) with flexibility; occasional travel to Hyderabad or regional hubs may be required.
Experienced in implementing AI and Gen AI solutions specifically in procurement application environments aligned with Coupa systems.
Capable of managing cross-functional collaboration among IT, procurement teams, and external vendor support with strong analytical and configuration expertise.
Strategic understanding of procurement processes with ability to lead end-to-end release testing, defect tracking, and continuous process enhancement.
