Lead technical aspects of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects as an individual contributor or by directing seniors.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions for global clients working closely with IT teams across architecture, security, and administration.
Develop and maintain RPA best practices, training programs, and Body of Knowledge; mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
3+ years of professional services experience, preferably in automation or integration projects.
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, and cognitive software tools.
Proficiency in programming languages including C# and/or Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, VBS, etc.), and Microsoft technologies (VB .NET, SQL Server, Web Services).
IT or Business degree required; Hybrid work mode based in Bangalore; Willingness to travel to client sites in North America and Europe.
Experienced in both individual contribution and leading technical teams on RPA projects across global clients.
Comfortable interfacing with diverse IT teams including architecture, security, and administration during pre-sales and rollout phases.
Capable of owning knowledge management and mentoring responsibilities within the RPA practice.
