Design, develop, configure, integrate, and support the Fusion GRC platform to enable Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk functions.
Develop enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot, build RESTful APIs and microservices to support Fusion integrations and business workflows.
Provide production support including troubleshooting, upgrade assistance, performance monitoring, and incident resolution; participate in Agile delivery and technical design activities.
6–7 years of software development experience; 2+ years hands-on Fusion GRC platform implementation, configuration, or support experience.
Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise including REST APIs and microservices development.
Experience with enterprise integrations, SQL databases, and familiarity with Azure cloud and DevOps tools.
Experienced in enterprise Fusion GRC deployment, configuration, and enhancement projects supporting various GRC modules.
Comfortable working in Agile teams with responsibility for delivering scalable, secure enterprise software solutions.
Skilled in integrating Fusion GRC with multiple enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, SailPoint, HR, Procurement, Data & Analytics).
