Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK preferred) and defining data standards, policies, and business glossaries.
Strong background in insurance industry data, especially Claims and Underwriting, with knowledge of related data structures and regulatory requirements.
Experience working across business and IT teams to resolve data issues, including client-facing or consulting environments.
