Assess and document data quality issues in Claims and Underwriting domains.
Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules, KPIs, and produce related dashboards and reports for leadership.
Support enterprise data governance framework development, including policies, business glossary, and stakeholder collaboration on data ownership and stewardship.
3–6 years of experience in data quality, data governance, or data analytics roles.
Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica DQ, Collibra, Talend, or equivalent.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK preferred) and defining data standards, policies, and business glossaries.
Strong background in insurance industry data, especially Claims and Underwriting, with knowledge of related data structures and regulatory requirements.
Experience working across business and IT teams to resolve data issues, including client-facing or consulting environments.
