Intermediate to expert proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Clarizen, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SaaS platforms required.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-location implementation projects within matrix organizations, especially in Financial Services and FinTech domains.
Comfortable managing C-level client relationships and leading steering committees with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong operational ownership including project financials (revenue recognition, resource allocation) and continuous service improvement initiatives.
