Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining by building schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains to improve project visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Maintain work plans, perform EVM calculations, cost/schedule variance analysis, and prepare management reports using Primavera/MS Project; support risk and compliance tracking.
Build and operate Power BI/Tableau dashboards, assist BIM coordinators with 5D BIM linkages, operate drone/LiDAR workflows, and use IoT geo-fencing and GenAI assistants for reporting and stakeholder communication.
4-7 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing capital projects within metals & mining sectors with strong PMO and digital tool implementation skills.
Proficient in project planning and controls, data dashboarding, and hands-on coordination with vendors and site teams, comfortable with extensive travel to projects.
Capable of integrating cutting-edge digital and AI solutions into project management workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
