Manage PMO and digital transformation initiatives for capital projects in metals & mining sector focusing on schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety control.
Develop and maintain project schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital tools including Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI to improve project visibility and predictability.
Coordinate procurement & vendor performance tracking, update risk registers, support documentation compliance, and manage stakeholder communications and meetings.
2-5 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capex projects.
Educational qualifications: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera or MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experience working with large, marquee metals & mining projects involving multi-billion dollar programs such as terminals, mines, beneficiation, smelters, and logistics.
Comfortable working with advanced digital/AI project management tools and technologies (5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR, GenAI assistants).
Capable of detailed planning, controls, data handling, dashboarding, report writing, coordination, and stakeholder management in project settings.
