Lead end-to-end execution of market-facing onboarding activities, focusing on operational set-up across multiple asset classes and markets including custody, derivatives, cash, and currency.
Act as operational lead coordinating with internal teams and external custodians/third parties to ensure operational readiness, quality control, and timely cutovers for onboarding events.
Drive post-implementation validations, support supplier oversight, handle regulatory compliance tasks, and propose process improvements including automation opportunities.
6–8 years relevant experience with hands-on operational set-ups, client onboarding, fund launches, or investment operations.
Practical knowledge of global fund structures (UCITS, AIFs, OEICs, SICAVs) and asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, money markets).
Experience leading onboarding and transition events with strong stakeholder and third-party coordination skills.
Professional or postgraduate qualification; project management certification (Prince2, PMP) or industry certifications in fund operations, custody, or regulatory compliance preferred.
Experienced individual contributor with deep middle office process knowledge and ability to manage outsourced service providers and supplier governance.
Strong operational task and project management skills with a track record of quality control and driving improvements through metrics and automation.
Comfortable working in global regulatory environments, collaborating across diverse teams and external partners, with proven problem-solving and communication capabilities.
