Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, develop, and deliver IT solutions primarily for Shell's North America Crude and Products trading operations.
Manage software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, prototyping, design, development, testing, release, and support for trading and risk management applications.
Support turn-key/SaaS solutions, third-party integration, and participate in DevOps delivery processes to enhance Shell Trading and Supply business capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5 to 7 years of corporate IT experience with focus on ETRM/CTRM and OpenLink Endur (version 11+).
Experience with full software development lifecycle, Java and .Net programming, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and application support in a corporate setting.
Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management domain experience including Trade Capture, Risk Management, Scheduling & Operations, or Settlements & Accounting required.
Experienced in Endur development including JVS, OpenComponents, Connex, Grid Enabled Scripts, and Endur’s Trade Process Management (TPM).
Able to design scalable, sustainable solutions and manage multiple delivery priorities in a global, complex trading technology environment.
Familiar with mature software design principles, software quality management, Microsoft Azure DevOps tools, and able to build strong business stakeholder relationships.
