Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation with demonstrated troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experienced in managing complex Windows 10 image creation and deployment projects at scale in global or fast-paced environments.
Capable of translating ambiguous requirements into detailed specifications, test cases, and process improvements.
Familiar with secure boot technologies (UEFI, BIOS) and able to drive automation efforts to enhance deployment efficiency.
