Experienced in cross-functional collaboration between business and technical stakeholders in SaaS financial platforms.
Skilled in translating business needs into functional designs and automation solutions within risk and governance frameworks.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams including testing, issue management, vendor data, and user training in a regulated financial services environment.
