Lead life testing and product validation for new and existing motor platforms to ensure reliability targets and customer expectations are met.
Manage lab infrastructure including procurement, maintenance, calibration, and AMC of all testing equipment to support research and product development.
Conduct reliability and functional testing of motors and gearboxes, perform noise and vibration tests, analyze field failure and test data, and prepare detailed reliability reports.
Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree required.
5-7 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering with basic reliability testing knowledge.
Must be fully onsite at the Mumbai, India office.
Fluency in oral and written English.
Experience with reliability engineering fundamentals and hands-on product testing and analysis.
Familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA as well as reliability software tools like Weibull++ and ALTA is advantageous.
Ability to coordinate internally across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and externally with suppliers and test labs to drive testing and validation activities.
