Own design, development, and maintenance of robust web automation frameworks for testing complex end-to-end workflows on web platforms across cloud (AWS), hybrid, and on-prem environments.
Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, and security of web-based platforms by executing functional, regression, integration, and negative tests, including validation across multiple deployment environments and cloud-specific behaviors.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate regression cycles and root cause analysis, leveraging AI-assisted test engineering while critically overriding AI inaccuracies.
Minimum 6 years of QA experience with deep specialization in web testing and automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks and strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript using test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or pytest.
Experience testing applications deployed on AWS or other cloud platforms including environment-level validation and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced in working with complex cloud (AWS) hosted web platforms including understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora, CloudWatch, IAM) from a functional testing perspective.
Proficient in incorporating AI/LLM tools to accelerate test design and debugging, with strong judgment to identify and override AI hallucinations or false positives.
Skilled collaborator comfortable mentoring peers and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to implement scalable, maintainable automation and cloud test strategies.
