Support customers with installation, maintenance, and scaling of AI solutions based on ArangoDB across cloud (AKS, EKS, OpenShift) and on-prem environments.
Diagnose technical issues including database queries, performance tuning, networking, and infrastructure to ensure reliable AI system operation.
Train internal and external teams; produce documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
5+ years of Support Engineering experience.
3+ years working with databases such as ArangoDB, Neo4j, or similar graph/document/key-value stores.
Strong expertise with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, OpenShift) and Helm.
Location: Only candidates residing in India; Remote work.
Technical skills: Linux, Docker, cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), networking debugging, scripting, REST APIs.
Experienced in cloud and on-prem deployment and troubleshooting for database-backed AI systems at scale.
Capable of explaining complex technical details to varied audiences and collaborating effectively with engineering and product teams.
Comfortable working hands-on with Kubernetes, storage systems, and debugging networking and infrastructure within multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
