Manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget independently for utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects of moderate complexity throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams and act as primary point of contact with Owners, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with contracts and standards.
Oversee procurement, installation, commissioning (including Factory Acceptance Testing), cost reporting, risk management, and project closeout to deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope.
2–4 years of project management experience, specifically including utility-scale PV solar projects.
General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
Proficiency with scheduling software (Oracle P6, Microsoft Project) and project cost management tools (ERP systems like CMiC).
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship (Not applicable to Indian job seekers).
Experience managing EPC or owner’s representative projects in the utility-scale solar or BESS sector with moderate project complexity.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with field technicians, subcontractors, and engineers to meet technical and contractual requirements.
Proven skills in contract interpretation, budgeting, risk mitigation, and use of project management tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
