Own end-to-end project lifecycle for a diverse portfolio including technology, process transformation, AI/automation, and client onboarding initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required.
10-15 years of project/program management experience, preferably in healthcare BPO, RCM, collections, or technology services.
Expertise in project management tooling (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and executive reporting skills mandatory.
PMP certification strongly preferred; Prince2 or CSM also valued.
Experienced in managing 5–10 concurrent complex projects with advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Skilled in matrixed team leadership with the ability to influence without authority across Operations, Technology, HR, and Client Services.
Proven ability to deliver structured communication and maintain rigorous project governance in high-ambiguity environments.
