Lead comprehensive validation of RF transceiver blocks including PA, PPA, Mixer, LNA, and ADC to ensure key product indicators (KPIs) meet system compliance matrix.
Develop and manage robust test plans, coverage models, and validation sign-off criteria, including driving ATE and bench correlation as needed.
Collaborate closely with IP design and architecture teams to debug issues, summarize test results, and report regular program updates to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
6-10 years of experience in semiconductor validation (RF/System), product engineering, or silicon debug.
Proven experience measuring RF block-level parameters using lab equipment such as Spectrum analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, and RF signal generators.
Experience in test automation and silicon debug tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, scopes, etc.).
Experienced in hands-on lab silicon validation with a deep understanding of how RF block parameters impact system-level KPIs.
Ability to take ownership of end-to-end validation readiness including tape-out, risk production, and mass production phases.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and architecture teams, and effectively communicating validation progress to senior stakeholders.
