Minimum 3 years OpenShift or Kubernetes platform engineering experience including middleware containerization; proven experience leading P1 incident resolution and middleware platform migrations.
Experienced senior-level middleware architect/technical lead familiar with complex middleware stacks including IBM, Oracle, and containerized platform environments.
Strategic operator capable of balancing immediate incident/crisis management with long-term middleware platform modernization and FinOps considerations.
Proficient in Linux systems and middleware JVM internals, with strong vendor and stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of mentoring junior engineers.
