Provide onsite network and infrastructure support including physical troubleshooting, hardware swaps, cabling, and rack activities in a large enterprise office (500+ users).
Act as the onsite extension of global Network, Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to coordinate incident response and maintenance activities.
Participate in incident bridges (P1/P2), execute approved changes, and update ServiceNow tickets and documentation.
5–8 years of network/infrastructure support experience, preferably in enterprise offices with 500+ users.
Technical skills in Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, TCP/IP, VLANs, Windows Server fundamentals, Active Directory, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Okta, and ServiceNow.
Experience supporting remote global infrastructure teams and working with data center, IDF/MDF, and campus network environments.
Certifications preferred: CCNA (mandatory), CCNP, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation.
Experienced in hands-on physical network troubleshooting and hardware support in enterprise office environments with complex network setups.
Comfortable coordinating and collaborating directly with global teams and vendors on incident resolution and maintenance.
Knowledgeable in both network infrastructure and security tooling with capacity to handle multi-disciplinary tasks onsite.
