Minimum 7 years total work experience including 4 years in Ab Initio Metadata Hub development (technical design, coding, support).
7 years experience with Agile methodologies and data management/governance or project/program management.
Availability aligned with 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time meeting window; role based in India with possible travel to regional hubs.
Experienced technical individual contributor with deep expertise in Ab Initio Metadata Hub development and metadata platform management.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in IT, analytics, data governance, and business units.
Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies and ability to lead/coaching team members; credit card domain and financial services experience preferred.
