Build, maintain, test, and publish copilots in Copilot Studio including designing conversation flows, prompts, fallbacks, and escalation aligned to responsible AI practices.
Configure and validate knowledge sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse), integrate copilots with Power Automate flows and approved connectors while following governance/DLP policies.
Monitor analytics and feedback to tune copilots; document solution design and support release and troubleshooting activities collaborating with stakeholders and security partners.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of experience building chatbots/copilots and/or Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Copilot Studio fundamentals (topics, generative answers, actions, testing, publishing) and Power Automate fundamentals (cloud flows, triggers/actions, approvals).
Working knowledge of connectors, authentication, knowledge source configuration, permissions, governance concepts like DLP, and ability to troubleshoot and interpret analytics.
Experienced in deploying copilots integrated with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 workloads in enterprise or regulated environments.
Strong technical skills in conversation design, prompt writing, knowledge source management, and security trimming.
Able to document solutions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally with platform admins, security teams, and stakeholders.
