Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining, focusing on improving project visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Maintain and update project schedules, run earned value management (EVM) calculations, prepare management reports, and support risk and safety compliance documentation using tools like Primavera/MS Project.
Build and operate dashboards and digital toolchains including Power BI/Tableau, 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI report assistants; coordinate documentation, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months; Extensive travel to project sites/client offices required.
Experienced in managing and controlling large-scale metals and mining capital projects with a strong focus on digital/AI-enabled project management tools.
Skilled in technical project controls, dashboard/report creation, and stakeholder coordination across multiple disciplines including procurement and vendor performance.
Capable of integrating advanced digital technologies such as 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR data, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI for enhancing project delivery and reporting.
