Support PMO and lead digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining, building schedules, dashboards, and digital toolchains to improve project visibility and control.
Maintain and update project schedules, run Earned Value Management calculations, prepare management reports, and support risk and safety compliance documentation.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking, build Power BI/Tableau dashboards integrating BIM, drone/LiDAR, IoT tracking, and assist with documentation, stakeholder coordination, and site audits.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA, or M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro).
PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experience working with large-scale, multi-billion dollar metals & mining capital projects including terminals, mines, beneficiation, smelters, and logistics.
Strong expertise in digital/AI-enabled project management technologies such as 5D BIM, digital twins, advanced scheduling and risk analytics, drone/LiDAR operations, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI copilots.
Comfortable with extensive travel to project sites and client offices, effective at coordinating complex stakeholder groups including EPCs, vendors, and regulators.
