Manage and execute project portfolio activities including scheduling, progress tracking, and risk management for capital projects in metals and mining.
Develop and maintain digital tools such as 5D BIM, dashboards, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI assistants to enhance project visibility and control.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking, document management, and stakeholder communications including PMO registers and audit support.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Educational qualifications: MBA and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing large-scale metals and mining capital projects with a focus on digital/AI integration in project management.
Strong capabilities in planning, controls, data handling, advanced scheduling, and digital tools leveraging BIM, IoT, and AI technologies.
Willing to travel extensively to project sites and interface with multiple stakeholders including vendors, EPCs, and regulators within a structured project environment.
