Support PMO and digital transformation initiatives for capital projects in metals & mining, enhancing visibility and control over project scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Maintain and update project work plans, schedules, and reports using Primavera/MS Project; perform Earned Value Management calculations and risk management activities.
Develop and operate digital tools including Power BI/Tableau dashboards, 5D BIM integrations, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT geo-fencing for material tracking, and GenAI-based reporting assistants.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure (capex) projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking technologies preferred.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing large-scale metals and mining capital projects with exposure to complex supply chains and multi-billion dollar programs.
Skilled in integrating advanced digital tools including 5D BIM, digital twins, advanced scheduling and risk analytics, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI solutions.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (EPCs, vendors, regulators) and travel extensively to project sites.
