Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining, focusing on improving project visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Maintain project schedules, perform Earned Value Management calculations, risk tracking, procurement/vendor performance, and prepare management reports using Primavera/MS Project and other tools.
Develop digital tools including Power BI/Tableau dashboards, assist with 5D BIM integration, operate drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT tracking, and use GenAI assistants for reporting and stakeholder communication.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) and MBA preferred; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred alternatively.
Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); experience with drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months; extensive travel to project sites/client offices required.
Experienced in managing multi-billion dollar metals & mining capital projects with PMO responsibilities including planning, controls, and vendor management.
Strong technical skills in digital project management tools, including 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI for project insights generation.
Capable of handling complex stakeholder management and coordinating between EPCs, vendors, and regulators in large-scale infrastructure projects.
