Translate complex business needs into application software requirements to optimize operational efficiency.
Develop project plans, coordinate resources including cross-unit, and collaborate with programming teams to ensure requirements are incorporated in system design and testing.

Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant business analysis or product owner experience.
Degree required: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Engineering (MTech).
Strongly preferred experience with Pharmacy Claims Audit and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) software.
Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred; SQL or other analytical querying experience preferred.

Familiar with Agile methodologies and capable of managing cross-functional projects involving system design and testing.
