Strong technical skills including Java/Python, PL/SQL, cloud-based scalable engineering, Git/SVN, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience leading small engineering teams (3-4 members) and mentoring capability within tech teams.
Proven technical leadership in complex IBP systems with deep knowledge of planning algorithms, forecasting models (statistical, ML-based), and solver integration (e.g. Gurobi).
Experience driving enterprise-level integrations, scalable cloud deployments, and automation in a multi-module, multi-geography Supply Chain Planning tech environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver high-impact end-to-end planning solutions.
