Perform low to medium complexity service tasks including programming, testing, installation, and commissioning of Automation systems (DCS/PLC) for the Energy Industry.
Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques for project assignments, prepare proposals/presentations, and manage work plans including cost estimates to ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Provide technical support for testing, installation, commissioning activities, collaborate with business and IT teams for solution delivery, and handle customer and technical issues including official contract interactions.
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics & Communications.
14+ years of experience in Process Automation, specifically in Oil & Gas, Refineries, or Petrochemicals sectors.
Experience with DCS retrofits, upgrades, service, and commissioning, plus knowledge of system installation, virtualization (ESXi, VMware), Windows administration, network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls), and cybersecurity design.
Work Experience Required: 14+ years in relevant Process Automation fields.
Experienced in handling integration and configuration of servers, virtual environments, and networking with a cybersecurity focus within energy or industrial automation sectors.
Capable of independently managing project engineering assignments from evaluation, planning, through execution with a focus on process automation in Oil & Gas petrochemical domains.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and IT teams while managing customer technical issues and contracts in a structured project environment.
