Own end-to-end planning and execution of software test activities including test case design, defect validation, automation, and regression coverage for new products and software updates.
Drive release readiness by collaborating closely with development, product, baseline management, and support teams to validate software changes against requirements and customer workflows.
Maintain traceability of requirements to test artifacts and communicate test status, risks, and customer impact during release discussions.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in software testing or product validation.
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
Proficient in manual testing, test case design, and automation scripting in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools and strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA lifecycle, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
Experience in complex product domains like semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, embedded or real-time systems, or similar high-technology sectors.
Skilled in debugging, failure analysis with programming and scripting proficiency in C++, Python or equivalent languages.
Capable of working with global, cross-functional engineering and support teams and comfortable handling release support and customer issue resolution.
