Strong knowledge of modern security testing tools and methodologies (SAST, DAST, IAST, fuzzing, AI-assisted pen-testing).
Experience leading distributed teams across India, Finland, China, and the US.
Experienced leader with strategic and operational oversight of security testing in connected industrial/IoT or safety-critical environments.
Familiarity with IEC 62443-4-1 standards and global security regulatory frameworks including EU CRA.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, senior leadership, and customers across multiple geographies.
