Lead and develop a Business Intelligence team responsible for complex business analysis and building data analytics/automation in service strategy.
Manage delivery of reports, analytics, and insights related to fleet performance, forecasting models, and automated planning for parts and maintenance.
Establish best practices for dashboard design, data modeling, QA, and maintain KPIs with self-service report/dashboard automation for senior-level reporting.

Strong expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Amazon QuickSight and advanced data interpretation skills.
Capability to work cross-functionally on complex data problems and strategic planning involving multiple teams.
