Own functional testing for the Loan Origination System (LOS) focusing on loan origination lifecycle processes including end-to-end and regression testing.
Manage and coordinate a small testing team (1-2 members), including task assignment and productivity monitoring.
Collaborate with business teams and developers to ensure complete test coverage, defect tracking, and preparation of reports such as Defect Analysis and Test Closure Reports.
1-3 years experience in functional testing, preferably in banking loans domain including vehicle/auto loans and consumer durables.
Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech (any stream), MCA, M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent; BCom/MCom with LOS experience also acceptable.
Must pass or clear ITSQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent within three months of joining.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years functional testing in relevant domain.
Has practical working knowledge in Loan Origination Systems and loan servicing with specific exposure to vehicle and consumer durable loans.
Experienced in test case design, defect management, and using test management tools for financial software.
Capable of managing a small team and coordinating testing activities to meet quality and timeline benchmarks.
