Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications, IT, or Business Administration, or equivalent/post-graduation.
Experience with data quality frameworks, data risk assessment, and business stakeholder engagement.
Experienced working across multi-disciplinary teams in technology and banking operations, especially credit risk and data management.
Skilled in managing complex data pipelines, data quality metrics, and implementing CI/CD for diverse data formats.
Ability to distill complex analytical requirements into non-technical terms and operate within Agile environments effectively.
