Generate real-world evidence through large-scale observational healthcare data analysis to support scientific and business decisions.
Design and execute observational studies including clinical characterization, population-level effect estimation, and patient-level prediction using standardized tools.
Collaborate with global epidemiology teams to improve methods, develop analytical tools, and ensure data fitness for research questions.
MD or PhD with minimum 2 years epidemiology programming/research experience, or Master's in related field with minimum 4 years healthcare research experience.
At least 2 years of statistical programming experience using R and/or SQL; at least 1 year programming with large healthcare datasets like claims or EHR.
Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare industry sectors such as pharmaceutical, payer, provider, CRO, or related research.
Role based in Hyderabad, India with requirement of regular in-office presence; English fluency; ability to travel up to 10%.
Experienced in epidemiologic data analysis and programming with real-world healthcare data, able to support study design and execution independently.
Familiar with observational research best practices and ability to improve methods and tools for scalable, reproducible evidence generation.
Comfortable working in large, cross-functional international teams focused on observational health data analytics and epidemiology.
