Design and implement scalable infrastructure and automated deployment/testing pipelines in collaboration with development teams.

Experience with automation/configuration tools (Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).
Experience or familiarity with database performance tuning and backend technologies.
Prior leadership or senior-level role in site reliability engineering, with ability to drive technical decisions.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and contributing to organizational improvements.
