Lead architecture, delivery, and operations of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot) for a global customer environment.
Design and manage email security including mail flow, anti-spam/malware, phishing/spoof defense, DKIM/DMARC/SPF, and integrate with Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
Drive Microsoft 365 system reliability, security, compliance, and automation including AI and emerging collaboration tools like Copilot agents.
8-11 years experience specifically in Microsoft 365 with Exchange and Microsoft Teams.
Hands-on experience with enterprise email security gateways such as Cisco IronPort, Sophos Email Security, Proofpoint, or Symantec Email Security.
Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid and Exchange Online), Microsoft Teams including Teams Rooms, and Microsoft 365 migration, design, and service delivery.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably BE or BCA).
Strong technical leadership in Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and email security in large enterprise/global environments.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture with ability to manage lifecycle, policies, feature adoption, and remediation.
Experience working cross-functionally with security, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to align platform controls and governance.
