Design, develop, and execute various performance tests (load, stress, endurance, spike) using Apache JMeter on web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
Analyze application performance across application, database, and infrastructure layers; identify bottlenecks and prepare detailed performance reports with root cause analysis and recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues and recommend improvements.
4–6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and designing/executing load, stress, endurance, and spike tests.
Experience testing REST APIs, web applications, microservices, and analyzing server-side performance metrics using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and strong scripting skills (Groovy or BeanShell) for test parameterization and custom logic.
Proven expertise in end-to-end performance testing with focus on scalable web applications and microservices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with development, DevOps, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex performance issues.
Experience working within agile CI/CD environments with strong version control and automation integration skills.
