Own the long-term architecture, technical roadmap, and cross-product IAM platform standardization including identity, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
Lead complex engineering of core IAM services including user lifecycle, machine identity, token exchange, federated identity, automation, and API integration across SaaS platforms.
Drive security and governance by designing authorization models (RBAC, ABAC), enforcing least privilege controls, ensuring auditability, and collaborating with security/compliance teams.
12+ years software engineering experience, including building distributed systems, platform services, or security infrastructure.
Deep expertise in IAM concepts and protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWTs, MFA, enterprise SSO, delegated authorization.
Experience implementing/extending enterprise IAM platforms (e.g. Zitadel, Keycloak, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, Auth0).
Strong experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and designing scalable, secure, highly available backend systems.
Proven leader capable of driving large cross-functional technical initiatives while remaining hands-on in architecture and coding.
Experienced in integrating IAM platforms with enterprise identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, and implementing policy engines (e.g. Open Policy Agent).
Strong background in security governance, audit/compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.), and machine identity or secrets management within cloud-native environments.
