Strong domain expertise in OTN (G.709), Ethernet (100G/400G/800G), CMIS standards and hands-on use of optical test equipment (e.g., Traffic testers, OSA, Optical Analyzer).
Proficient in Python with experience in pytest-based automation frameworks; experience with CI/CD, Git, defect tracking, and test management tools.
Experienced in carrier-grade embedded systems and working in Agile, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
Able to independently plan and execute complex validation tasks and influence cross-disciplinary design for testability.
Skilled in troubleshooting and driving quality improvements via root cause analysis and enhancements to test coverage.
