Execute and manage system/component project activities post-project acquisition following standard project management processes.
Monitor and control project budgets including R&D costs, product cost, price, volume, and special earnings to ensure targets are met.
Coordinate and communicate project status updates, escalate key issues to leadership, and manage engineering changes with customers to support project delivery and business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Production, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent).
3-4 years of work experience in a similar industry and function, automotive project experience preferred.
Competency in SAP, MS Office, PPAP, APQP processes; understanding of Diesel/alternative powertrain technologies and product development lifecycle.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is optional, not mandatory.
Experienced in managing automotive engineering projects with direct involvement in project execution and customer coordination.
Comfortable handling project budgeting, cost monitoring, and risk management within challenging budgets and quality/time constraints.
Able to engage in customer relationship management and communicate effectively across teams and leadership to escalate issues and coordinate engineering changes.
