Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Galaxy, Innovaccer's AI cloud focused on payer risk adjustment, quality management (Stars/HEDIS), and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA).
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and analytics teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with CMS rules and payer operations.
Engage with US-based payer customers to gather feedback, define measurable success metrics (e.g., RAF accuracy, gap closure rates, FWA detection precision), and update product strategy based on regulatory changes.
5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology and based in India.
Strong understanding of CMS programs and regulatory frameworks including RAF/HCC, V28, RADV, HEDIS, and interoperability standards.
Experience in payer operations, risk adjustment, quality (Stars/HEDIS), utilization management, or Fraud, Waste, and Abuse preferred.
Demonstrated experience with AI technologies in product development related to clinical decision support, coding automation, or anomaly detection.
Experienced in managing complex healthcare payer products involving risk adjustment, quality metrics, and fraud detection with regulatory oversight.
Capable of asynchronous collaboration with US-based stakeholders and customers, balancing strategic vision with execution in a fast-paced environment.
Strong operational knowledge of payer workflows, claim integrity analytics, and familiarity with healthcare data standards and EHR/provider systems.
