Design, develop, and maintain data connectors and parsers for ingesting security data from third-party products into CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM.
Set up and maintain test environments to validate and troubleshoot data connectors for security products such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint Security.
Provide on-call support and work with customer-facing teams to resolve data ingestion issues and ensure reliable log ingestion.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in cybersecurity and SIEM integrations.
Experience developing data connectors or ingestion pipelines for SIEM platforms like Splunk, Sentinel, Exabeam, QRadar.
Familiarity with security events/formats (Syslog, CEF, LEEF, JSON, XML) and log processing/shipping tools (e.g., Cribl, Splunk forwarder).
Hands-on expertise with cybersecurity data ingestion and integration focusing on SIEM platforms and security product ecosystems.
Experience operating and managing lab/test environments for security product integrations to ensure data quality and reliability.
Strong technical documentation and customer interaction skills, comfortable with troubleshooting and collaborating across internal and customer teams.
