Lead and manage Identity & Access Technology (IAT) engineering initiatives focusing on automation, optimisation, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS).
Oversee major technical incidents ensuring prompt resolution by coordinating multiple technical teams and managing communication with senior stakeholders and end-users.
Act as both a team lead/manager and hands-on engineer contributing to full lifecycle development including automation, systems integration, and evolving platforms and business strategy.
Minimum 14 years of operational experience with significant people management exposure.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
Experienced leader in managed services and service delivery environments with a strong technical and service management background.
Hands-on engineering mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues quickly.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, and ability to influence stakeholder relationships in high-quality service delivery contexts.
